Legacy

I’ve lived the legacy, that I now help others heal.

Like so many, I carried the weight of emotional trauma, generational pain, and limiting patterns that shaped my life in unseen ways. Becoming a mother changed everything. I made a conscious decision - my child would not inherit what I hadn’t healed. I chose to become the cycle breaker.

Now, I guide others to do the same sacred work.

Molly is a life-long learner and seeker of truth.  She has degrees in Psychology and Social work.  In addition, she is a certified Life and Relationship Coach.

When Molly became a mother, she made the conscious decision to do her inner work.  She chose to dig deep and heal the traumas of her own life.

She also recognized harmful familial patterns, and programming that she did not want to pass on to their son. She became the cycle breaker.

Most recently, Molly embarked upon the journey of becoming a certified Spiritual Psychology Practitioner, and E4 Trauma Practitioner through Dr. Erin Fall Haskell at the Spiritual Psychology School. She founded The Legacy Work, and changed the focus of her coaching practice from general life and relationship coaching to her true purpose and calling – Conscious parenting.

Testimonials

Working with Molly was a profound experience. She helped me uncover something I didn’t even realize I was carrying - an energetic wall I had built to protect myself, one that was keeping me small, quiet, and disconnected from my voice. Molly gently encouraged me to come out of hiding, while also  helping me strengthen the presence of my adult, protective self. Because of our session, I feel freer to express myself; with confidence, clarity, and courage.
